Harrison Ford's Swag Missing.

Warning: Spoilers
I honestly tried 3 times to make it through the movie. My wife also. Just couldn't do it. The actor that plays Solo just does not have the charisma and the storyline doesn't help.

Highpoints of all the Action Movies of the past 10 Years Combined into one Movie!

Ryan Reynolds plays Deadpool without any super powers. For the first half of the movies I couldn't figure out if this was a farce or not. By the second half I didn't care. Some characters appear to have mild superpowers if you count sarcasm and looks. A lot of cliches not just in dialog but subplots.

Incredibly depressing

Imagine a Hallmark movie on estrogen. Does the bad guy supposed to be so over the top? Guy Pearce plays some religious villain that would be laughable if he wasn't so demonstrable evil. After an hour into this movie I ask my wife who I was watching this with "Why?"

It's like a snuff film for women who hate men and themselves.

Wife and I changed it before the end of the first episode

Breaks 4 wall with witless and not insightful comments. First couple of scenes are about her using her sexuality as a crutch? Yes, it's just not understandable. Why would these guys want to sleep with her? Not funny, not likable and not interested.

1000 ways to die for dummies?

Main character is a drug addled neurotic woman who isn't compelling. Watched 3 episodes and wasn't sorry, cheerful, or curious about her deaths after the first couple.

No Swagger, No Charisma
17 January 2019
This movie doesn't hold my interest despite my wife watching it twice on Netflix.

Bad casting. Whoever plays Han just doesn't have the same charisma as Ford despite having a great opening scene. Emelia Clarke is great in TGOT but has no chemistry with Han.

Mediocre script. Has all the Star Wars touchstones but comes off like it was written in the 1980s.

Mediocre directing. Shot like and feels like a movie from the 1980s. Now that I see that Ron Howard reshot a lot of it.

A Terribly Written, Unfunny Mess
11 November 2018
There's not an honest laugh in the movie that claims it's a comedy. I don't remember the audience laughing and I saw this movie twice in the theaters because I thought I missed something.

The other reviewers who says this movie is grotesque and disturbing are dead on. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the production values. Anyone who rates this higher than 4 stars has to either be working for the studio or an unabashed Tim Burton "fan boy".

BTW, I'm a fan of dark comedy - I liked Prizzi's Honor.

Netflix is throwing huge sums of money for marginal show

I've watched the Simpsons since The Tracy Ullman show and have watched every episode of Futurama at least twice.

I can't believe this series uses the same talent. The show just isn't funny. Go elsewhere for laughs.

A Muddled Mess
24 June 2018
Why? For some reason this movie is trying to tell a moralistic tale but I have no idea what it is or how consistent it is. There are several unnecessary characters and I think some necessary characters missing. Pratt plays the same Starlord character. His love interest isn't really a love interest. The capitalists are portrayed as bad guys but they are the ones ultimately saving the dinosaurs. The scientist is the person who should be selling his services to the highest bidder.

This movie is just a quest for cash by the studio. There was some talk of using dinosaur tech to build a dino/human soldier. If they would have done that this would have been a knockout with at least two more sequels in it. I really don't need to see Jeff Goldblum moralizing on what a better movie this could be.

What we got is a lesser movie for the fourth time.

Incredibly Boring
17 June 2018
Warning: Spoilers
* No Spoilers Ahead Because There's Almost No Plot Or Action *

One reviewer mentioned this but still gave it eight stars. Open scenes show a scientist reviewing footage of wildlife cameras he placed..The movie takes place in some lost forest in Europe I guess. A few minutes later he finds a large boar with large jaw marks. Spooky music starts playing. Then two mysterious young girls make a spooky appearance. Then he gets his RV stolen. Plus he gets rained on a lot. About an hour of this movies shows the scientist being rained on while he's trying to keep warm in the old stone homes in the backwoods. Then some people start searching for him. They might have found him or not. The huge bite marks on the boar was never explained.

If "that's 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back" was in the dictionary, this movie would be pictured.

Stupid, aggravating and poorly written
27 July 2017
A wannabe cross between superheroes and Dr Who. What's wrong? To start off, you have the Atom which is one of the most powerful heroes in the DC universe and he's rarely in his super suit. The team gets into trouble constantly and there the Atom is without his suit.

Mainly the characters act stupidly in stupid situations. It is the typical we've got to save the earth situation but somehow it's become a love / human interest story were the mission is the highest priority but somehow that priority is constantly compromised.

I will make it to near the end of the first season. At the beginning of the series the time line seems to be important. Now it is out the window. No more checking. Characters that were to be killed are stupidly not killed for contrived reasons. The writers must of just totally given up.

Don't waste your time. I'm stuck watching it with my wife to catch glimpses of the former Superman actor.

How'd this movie get funded?
28 June 2017
It's like all the comedians that Bill knew refused to write any good material for the movie. Bad or no jokes. Two dimensional characters. Predictable plot line. At least Billy Ray Cyrus is despicable despite his acting.

The only thing that saves this movie was that it wasn't filmed with an 8mm camera. ESPN and Bassmasters should be embarrassed.
