Episode 2.4
30 April 2019 | by Prismark10See all my reviews

Well I did not spot the join. After Ed Westwick's legal problems in the USA, filming in series 2 was suspended for some months and resumed for Episode 4 after all charges were dropped. At least creator Damon Beesley kept faith with Westwick.

Jo is now co-managing Cachet Windows. When Brian and Martin get ripped off by a gypsy, Jo tells them that the losses need to be paid from their future commissions.

Brian walks out and joins his old boss Walshy. Martin finds out that Jo makes his affair with Vincent's wife public.

Martin also walks out and tries to join Walshy but he finds that Brian has employed useless Ronnie jr.

Meanwhile Sam finds that going to a sales convention is an excuse to put up with sexist prigs. In fact sales conventions in the 1980s was one long booze up with women no more than accessorises only good for sex.

The episode is all about the power struggle between Jo and Vincent. Unfortunately Vincent looks like he is in the losing end.
