Quotes

James Greer: When you work behind a desk, your friends don't get killed. They don't get captured. They don't go down in helicopters. But it's the work, it's the real work, that still needs to get done. And if I can't do it, someone else has to. It's time...

Season 2 went from enjoyable to Transformers 3...
13 November 2019 | by peterlindstrom82See all my reviews

The first season of Amazons "Jack Ryan" was a a nice take on Clancy´s pretty old character. Having read all the books, it didn't diviate too far from the source material and stayed very believable. The second season started good, but started to scrape the line between believable and a marvel movie. The last episode of season two brutaly breakes that line and makes a somersault into sci-fi. Nothing makes sence and the ending turns into Michael Bay-style Transformers action. Characters makes decisions and reacts in ways that contradicts anything they´ve done before. The laws of physics goes out the window, bad guys runs into bullets conveyor belt-style, military tactics and international law is literary laught at.

If season three dosen't improve, I'm done.
