Three years into the Clone Wars, the Jedi rescue Palpatine from Count Dooku. As Obi-Wan pursues a new threat, Anakin acts as a double agent between the Jedi Council and Palpatine and is lured into a sinister plan to rule the galaxy.
Easily the best Star Wars installment since Return of the Jedi
I recently saw "The Last Jedi" and was disappointed. While the Force Awakens was okay, overall I have been disappointed with every new Star Wars movie other than Rogue One. Rogue One develops the characters and tells a good story rather than relying too much on special effects like the other 4 newer Star Wars films. This film is worlds better than the other recent two Star Wars films and the only one of them I would put even close to on par with the original trilogy.
