let Nell be Nell

(As I said last week, I don't think the show can be spoiled any more than it is. But this commentary is written for those who've already seen it.)The problem isn't that the show is convoluted, it's that it's not interesting. The witty banter between Deeks and Nell, well, isn't. More Ninja Nell? Oh please! Oh no, don't hurt me!!! Call me Granger? Nobody calls him Granger! And Hetty really is Yoda! She's not only omnipresent and omniscient, she's omnipotent. The decision has either been made to turn this into a cartoon, or they're just throwing in the towel. It's the kind of feel you get when they run out of ideas, crank out some formulaic scripts and do one-time shoots to save money. I guess everybody's tired of it.
