  • Ben and Maggie warn Ziggy about Jarrod and she realises Brody spoke to them. Terry turns up at the Diner and Brody hide in the kitchen while Terry is impressed with his food. Terry is still impressed after seeing Brody but he admits he is just there on holiday, not to write a review. Jarrod brings his bike to the garage in order to spend time with Ziggy and convinces her to take the Triumph for a test drive with him, although she pulls away when he tries to kiss her. Shepherd orders Kat to stay away from the Novak case. Robbo goes in to see him and Shepherd asks for the clothes he was wearing that night. Robbo tells Kat it's going to get worse.

  • Food critic Terry Diamond, whom junkie Brody insulted intolerably, happens to eat in the diner, so Marilyn arranges fro him to cook gourmet and hide in the kitchen; Terry insists to come congratulate the chef, recognizes Brody, explains he's not on the job but recommends using his talent, enough to sort of impress Ben, who obviously prefers Brody to Jarrod, who has his bike 'checked' at Justin's garage so he can see Ziggy, who claims to be over him to ends up agreeing to take Willow's 'old-timer for a spin', which especially Brody sees as grim sign. Detective inspector Will Shepherd insists Kat is taken off the case and suspended. Robbo volunteers to be questioned, hoping to clear her, but arouses more suspicion by 'forgetting' where he left his clothes at the night of Novak's death.
