While being interrogated, Gavin Delgado states that he can't take down Agent Keen's bounty from his site; and that Agent Navabi should "go try a layer four UDP/TCP of the OSI stack". This is nonsensical as TCP and UDP are protocols, not an action you can try; layer four is "transport" in the OSI model, so there is once again nothing to try as it is not an action, and the OSI model (or "stack" as the character called it) is a set of 7 layers that comprise the stages in communication on a network without regard to any particular protocol or technologies. Elizabeth Keen: Did you know a presidential commission was looking into the attacks?
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: It's time for us to move.
Elizabeth Keen: If they do their job, if they look for the truth, this could all end.
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: Lizzie, we have to move, now.
Elizabeth Keen: The Cabal. They found us.
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: Worse.
Elizabeth Keen: What could be worse than that?
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: Not what, who. Wendigo.
Elizabeth Keen: Wendigo? Who's that?
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: The myth of a nameless assassin. And he's coming for you.

Good Show...this episode was a 3 star compared to the others though
13 February 2016 | by acidnatSee all my reviews

Watching Season 3 after half a year's break. Good stuff so far. This particular episode needed a comment coz it felt like something was terribly amiss.

The story was there...the continuity was there...perhaps the editing of action sequences or the X hours earlier cliché or the short frames of storyline that were built up over prior episodes...something was different in this episode. Not in a good way in my eyes.

You might find it different...coz its an episode not to miss in the Season 3 continuity storyline. I am gonna hold myself back from any watch it yourselves and share your thoughts.

Acting from Liz and Reddington is great as always...its the post production editing or perhaps the initial storyboard itself that made this episode feel choppy
