Storyline

The title of this installment is "Moving Day." Molly addresses the audience through the window, but she isn't doing a commercial for her sponsor. This is the first episode of the filmed shows. Molly is excited to be moving to 1021 Central Avenue in Haverville into her new house. However, there are problems. Jake feels that he needs three months to see how his new wedding dress designing firm with Mendel will go, and due to this he will only be able to come home once in a while during those months. Molly, therefore, decides to sell all her furniture, including Rosalie's piano, to be able to move into her new house sooner since she can't stand being away from Jake. After everything is sold, Molly discovers that Jake's company needs money, so she gives him all of the $1, 5087.25 she has collected. In the end, Jake surprises Molly when he has Sammy bring her, Uncle David, and Rosalie to their new home. Written by Robert Gold
