Did You Know?

There are many theories revolving around the infamous Louis Vuitton bag. Robert Kardashian was on record as having said, "I never opened it." A scene in this episode has him doing exactly that, although he finds nothing. See more »

The actor playing Johnnie Cochran explains that a Colombian necktie "results from the victim having their throat slashed, almost losing their head". While partially true, he failed to mention that the tongue of the victim is pulled out to create the tie. See more »

[holding another glass]
Marcia Clark: Here's O.J.'s house. Okay. Furhman made up his mind at Bundy that Simpson did it. Down and Dirty
19 February 2017 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

The clerks working behind the scenes come up a distraction. One of the cops is asked by Cochran if he was aware of a term that meant the partial decapitation of a person by Colombian drug lords. You can see the defense giggling as this is presented. The idea is to get the jury to get caught up in this fraud and not focus on the evidence. Cochran is approached outside the courtroom and asked if the reports of his former spousal abuse were true. When he gets home, he calls his ex and tries to pay her off to keep her mouth shut. Not long after that this woman shows up and exposes his "double life." He blows a gasket. He gets some of his own treatment. He doesn't know who leaked this, but he suspects Shapiro who is really going rogue. But this leads us to the most significant event of the case. Marcia absolutely insists that Darden not have O.J. try on the bloody glove. It's way too risky. But Shapiro goes up and looks at the gloves and realizes that they are too small. But the prosecution has to ask this be done. To Marcia's shock, Darden has O.J. try them out. Most of us remember the results.
