Get Trapped by this Teaser for the It's Hell Getting Old Segment of Hellevator Man

Getting stuck in an elevator is scary enough, but doing so with a bunch of senior citizens? You can be sure filmmaker Patrick Rea piles on the spooky - plus a little silly - in this teaser for his "It's Hell Getting Old" segment of the Hellevator Man anthology.

Kansas City-based Rea's short stars Kip Niven (Jayhawkers, New Year’s Evil), Joicie Appell (Nailbiter), Victor Raider-Wexler (Minority Report), and Nancy Marcy. It was executive produced by Jennifer Blanc-Biehn, Michael Biehn, and Lony Ruhmann.

The script, written by Rea, deals with four elderly people trapped in an elevator on their way to their 50th Class Reunion, and one of them may have forgotten to take some important medication.

The film was shot in Kansas City, Missouri, and the director of photography was Hanuman Brown-Eagle.

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley Signs on as the Hellevator Man; Another Segment Announced

A few weeks ago we brought you the first teaser and poster for Vincent J. Guastini's "The Future Executive" segment of Hellevator Man, and now we're back with lots more news, including who'll be playing the anthology's title character.

Blanc/Biehn Productions (Bbp) has completed principal photography with first-time director Vincent J. Guastini on “The Future Executive,” the latest installment of Bbp’s elevator-themed anthology Hellevator Man, which was filmed in Los Angeles.

Bbp has also announced that Scott Schirmer (Found) will be doing a segment entitled "Tear," and WWE Hall of Famer, New York Times best seller, and successful comedian Mick Foley, aka Mankind (pictured above right), is coming on board as the "Hellevator Man" and storyteller himself.

The Future Executive Teases Us with a Poster and Trailer

Just a few days ago we brought you a behind-the-scenes look at Vincent J. Guastini's "The Future Executive" segment of the Hellevator Man anthology, and now we're back with its teaser trailer and early artwork.

"The Future Executive" stars Andy Mackenzie, James Duval, and Cortney Palm. The project is the latest from Blanc/Biehn Productions, and along with Guastini's installment, Hellevator Man will include Patrick Rea's "It's Hell Getting Old."

We don't know a lot about the anthology Hellevator Man aside from the titles of two of its segments: "It's Hell Getting Old" from Patrick Rea (see more here) and "Future Executive" from Vincent J. Guastini, which we have an exclusive early look at right here.
