After having a fight with her boyfriend, Julie gets out of the car and starts walking in the middle of nowhere. The first thing she finds after a while is a small cabin with a retarded huge guy sleeping outside on a chair. He wakes up and starts chasing her, until he grabs her and hits her. Hours later, she wakes up inside the cabin, tied to the wall. It doesn't take long for her to realize that she is trapped there by a whole family of SICK people. It is unclear what their intentions are... She manages to call her boyfriend... When he arrives at dawn, he is going to face a weird surprise.Written by
Real pig heads (bought from a butcher) were used for the interior shots. Combined with the real dirt inside the cabin, the whole thing felt totally real for the actors. George Alatakis actually vomited the first time he went near the pig heads on the wall. See more »

This movie is a perfect hybrid of horror genres, it has all those elements of a road movie, a typical slasher with a deranged family, but also includes elements of a Virus Outbreak - Zombie Apocalypse style movie and also the unexpected elements of delusion and nightmare-turned-into-reality. No matter what, you will definitely enjoy it and you will get sucked deep into the movie's world. The characters deliver a straight realistic performance, covered in dirt and blood in real sets, there are no props, every single piece that was destroyed in this movie (television, sink, furniture) is real. This is a small snack before watching any good horror movie, it will get you in the mood, it will make you think and it will become one of your favorite short movies of all time!
The movie was shot during the summer of 2007 and the original intention was to create a Texas Chan Saw Massacre style low budget little movie that would showcase a very realistic redneck danger situation for a beautiful girl who gets lost in the fields. The set was perfect and it was truly scary and adventurous for all the actors and crew members, especially after dark. No electricity and no soul for miles. The set was filled with real pig heads and other parts, that due to the heat (about 40 ºC or 104 ºF) quickly attracted all types of insects and made the cabin genuinely disgusting as hell. There was a 72-min. Work- print available for a while, due to a sales agent who wanted a longer version, but this movie was originally shot as a SHORT MOVIE and with 26 min. running time, it doesn't miss any of the horrors or the action.
