Meet the cast of Disney's Evermoor

George Sear, Jordan Loughran, Naomi Sequeira, Georgie Farmer, Georgia LockFilming is underway in Warrington and on location in Cheshire's Arley Hall, on Evermoor, the first live-action Disney Channel series to film in the UK and the cast has now been announced.

Australian actress and singer, Naomi Sequeira stars as 14 year old Tara Crossley, who moves from the States to start a new life in the spooky Evermoor Manor, where she discovers a magical tapestry and appears to have powers to predict the future. 19 year old Naomi was discovered by Disney Channel Australia during a talent search.

17 year old Georgia Lock (represented by Curtis Brown) from Buckinghamshire, well known to Cbbc audiences as Sadie J and a presenter on Cbbc's Friday Download, will play the hot-tempered Bella.

George Sear from Leigh on Sea, also a presenter on Cbbc's Friday Download, will play Seb. George trained with Sandra Singer in Westcliff, Essex.

The Village

Extending from 1914 to 1920, the first series of epic new series The Village written by Peter Moffat comes to BBC One Sunday 31st March at 9pm.

The series stars John Simm and Maxine Peake as impoverished, alcoholic Peak District farmer John Middleton and his wife, Grace.

13-year-old newcomer Bill Jones, a member of the Nottingham-based Television Workshop, stars as young Bert Middleton, whose long life is central to the anticipated on-going serial. Bert is growing up in extreme poverty on a family farm in Derbyshire. He is twelve years old at the start of the series, and his days are filled with school, his friends, working in the fields with his father and secret swimming lessons with his brother Joe, whom he adores. Meet the new faces of Waterloo Road

top row l-r, Lula, Imogen, Rhiannon, Connor. Bottom row l-r, Gus, Jade Series 8 of Waterloo Road sees the Rochdale-based school move to Greenock in Scotland when a number of current teachers and pupils move to set up a new independent school.

And there are some new faces too joining the school for the new term:

20 year old Kirstie Steele from Glasgow plays Imogen, an intelligent, self-effacing wall-flowers, who's always felt out of step with her classmates, and finds their shallow teenage concerns anathema – a feeling which is mutual, as her goth-lite appearance and solitary habits will often generate bitchy comments from her peers. Kirstie, who had to dye her blonde hair black for the role, is a member of the Scottish Youth Theatre, and recently graduated from studying Musical Theatre at Bird College.

Georgia Lock will return in the lead role of the feisty 13 year old making her way in a male-dominated world.

There are some new characters coming in to the show and casting director Kerrie Mailey is currently looking for suggestions for the following:

Taylor, male, aged 14

(Especially looking for ethnic suggestions for this role)

Meet Taylor Bell - a drop dead gorgeous surfer dude. Taylor’s got the looks of

Justin Bieber and the clumsiness of a young Frank Spencer.

Ashlii, female, aged 14

(Again especially looking for ethnic suggestions)

Essex born Ashlii is part fairy princess, part pit-bull. When Ashlii grows up she’s going to be Amy Childs (from The Only Way is Essex). Stylish, switched on, gorgeous and a supreme social networker (her smart phone is Never off).
