Kristen Stewart will be honored with the Golden Eye Award at the Zurich Film Festival. Her latest movie, “Seberg,” about American actress and French New Wave icon Jean Seberg, plays at the festival. Stewart and “Seberg” director Benedict Andrews will be in town for the movie’s Swiss premiere. It had its world premiere at Venice.

They added: “She succeeded the difficult balancing act between mainstream and arthouse in an exemplary way. With her fearless portrayal of Jean Seberg, she once again proves to be one of the most versatile actresses of our generation.”

Disney isn’t finished making live-action remakes of their classic animated films yet! In fact, their very first animated feature film Snow White is currently is development and the studio is looking to hire Marc Webb to direct it. He’s currently in negotiations.

Snow White is a super dark film and I hope that they don’t change that up. That’s one of the reasons why I liked that movie so much, is that it embraced the crazy darkness of the story. I’ve enjoyed many of the films that Webb has made and I think he’s a solid choice for this. I just hope that he and Disney don’t lighten things up.

The final act of the original film gave me nightmares as a kid! Hopefully this new film brings back those nightmares. As for the script, The Girl on the Train screenwriter Erin Cressida Wilson

How Chris Hemsworth Found His Way as a Movie Star With Thor and ‘The Avengers’
Like everyone else, Chris Hemsworth recently bought tickets to see “Avengers: Endgame.” This was actually his second time watching the Marvel blockbuster, in which he stars as Thor. The first time Hemsworth saw the film was in mid-April alongside co-stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson and thousands of teary-eyed fans at the premiere in Los Angeles. When Hemsworth returned home to Australia a few days later, his three kids — 7-year-old daughter India Rose and 5-year-old twin sons Sasha and Tristan — persuaded him to join them for a showing.

“My kids were dying to see it,” Hemsworth recalls. “I wasn’t going to take them. They were like, ‘Dad, we have to go!’ We found a small cinema so we wouldn’t get overwhelmed. I wondered if it would hold their attention for three hours.” He pauses. “They loved it.”

Didn’t anybody notice the six-foot-three Thor in the theater?

‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms’ Review

Stars: Mackenzie Foy, Kiera Knightley, Morgan Freeman, Misty Copeland, Tom Sweet, Meera Syal, Ellie Bamber, Matthew Macfadyen, Nick Mohammed, Charles Streeter, Jayden Fowora-Knight, Helen Mirren, Omid Djalili, Jack Whitehall, Eugenio Derbez, Richard E. Grant | Written by Ashleigh Powell | Directed by Lasse Hallström, Joe Johnston

Disney’s latest hollow attempt at once again crafting another franchise in the same vein as the early Pirates of the Caribbean, and Alice in Wonderland, A Wrinkle in Time pictures etc comes in the guise of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Directed by both Lasse Hallström and Joe Johnston (don’t worry we’ll get onto that a little later) their dual attempt to craft something worthy of entertainment almost, not quite, but almost verges on a criminal offence to the eyes and ears of any audience subjected to it.

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms takes all the worse attributes from Alice in Wonderland,
