Storyline

A Navy commander, Jason, an expert in encryption for websites, disappears, and someone has abducted his 14-year-old daughter, Amanda, from their home; Callen and company investigate; G, Sam, Kensi, and Deeks visit the house; Kensi finds both blood and the father, who has returned. While the team talk with Jason, he receives a video clip showing the burial of Amanda, alive, inside a wooden box; Sam recalls how that feels; the FBI connects the MO with a convict, Lucas, now behind bars, so the FBI claims its jurisdiction over the kidnapping case; Jason appeals to G and Sam; the latter says they'll see what they can do; Hetty tells Sam to find Amanda. Eric and Nell find a thread, which leads to Andre, the brother of Lucas; the team talk with the brothers; Lucas cooperates and leads the team to burial sites; Eric learns about Andre's new travel plan, so G and Sam interfere; the team, using subterfuge, flush out the people responsible and find Amanda, still alive.
