When a woman is found wandering around in her underwear and there are signs she was assaulted, she's brought to the hospital and SVU is called. When they talk to the woman she doesn't know what they are talking about and thinks it's the day before. And when they learn she was suppose to go out of the country, they check video surveillance at the airport and see that some guy slipped something in her drink and made her go with him. They find the man and arrest him. But they don't have enough to charge him. They learn this is not his first time; that he has done this before and to several other women.
Did You Know?
Was partially inspired by the Andrew Luster case, in which a man videotaped himself raping several women under the influence of GHB. See more
When Kelly Sun fully regains consciousness in the hospital, she panics because she has to be in Korea on Friday, only to be told by Stabler it's already Friday, and that she's missed her flight. It's established that Kelly was at the airport "last night" - Thursday - when she was drugged. That's not nearly enough time to get to South Korea by Friday; a non-stop flight from New York to Seoul takes at least 14 hours, and Seoul is 14 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. (Had Kelly left New York on Thursday evening, she likely would have arrived in Korea very late Friday or early Saturday,) See more
[to Greylek about Eric's psych defense
Just like that? The judge didn't even want to read the motion.

Nope. "Porn made me do it." Unbelievable.
But is it? I can't count the number of perps that we've collared with porn stashes that would make Jenna Jameson gag.
