Storyline

Earl, the Boyces' dog ,goes missing and Tyler and Beth go into the woods to try and find him. When they fail to return a tense Marlene sends Boycie to look for them but, thanks to the imbecilic ways of his search party,i.e. the farm hands, they get lost in the supposedly haunted woods and, whilst Beth and Tyler make it home with Earl, they have to sleep in the open air overnight. A fun episode
25 September 2017 | by studioATSee all my reviews

This is a really silly but thoroughly enjoyable episode of the 'Only Fools' spin-off that sees Boycie/Jed/Brian and Elgin all lost in the woods whilst looking for Earl.

There's some great lines here along the way, in a script written by Jim Sullivan.

I think 'Green Green Grass' is often treated as a bit of a failed attempt by critics, but although it's no 'Fools' it is still a much better than average sitcom and deserves more recognition.
