There's trouble at the local television station, WARP TV. Myra Stump, "the Darling Hawk of Daytime Talk", has been holding her audience hostage and giving them gifts against their will. Sam and Max try to intervene, but Myra refuses to let them onto the set of her show except as guests. And in order to become guests, the Freelance Police will have to score their fifteen minutes of fame: they need a starring role in a hit TV show, a recording contract, and a juicy tabloid scandal (not necessarily in that order).

Did You Know?
At one point Myra asks if Sam and Max are famous. Sam replies, "Only in Internet petitions.". This is a reference to the massive Internet petition that was created when LucasArts canceled 'Sam & Max: Freelance Police'. Near it's end the petition had over 30,000 signatures. The cancellation also prompted several LucasArts employee's to leave and form Telltale Games, which immediately began producing a new Sam & Max game. See more
I'd like to mention my pal, Sam, and something that happened the other day.
Anecdotes about other celebrities - even ones as dubious as you two - are always welcome.

The point being...?
I crack Sam up.
