Did You Know?

Since this episode didn't air when it was originally supposed to, they had to reshoot a few scenes that centered around Hodgins proposing to Angela. By the time this episode aired, there was a proposal accepted and they were almost. married. Other than that everything else is the same. See more »

When Cam goes to Angela, looking for Hodgins, she is working on the computer, but when she turns to Cam, she now has a pen pointed at the file she is holding. Then her arm is down by her side, then she puts the file in her right hand, but in the next scene it is in her left hand again. See more »

Special Agent Seeley Booth: So, who didn't you wear a condom with?
[Ed groans]
Special Agent Seeley Booth: Atta boy. Now you're using your whole brain. Come on.
Ed Dekker: All right, look. I got a name in my head, ok. But there's no way R.J. Manning ever tapped that.
Special Agent Seeley Booth: The name, Ed. I need the name.

Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan: All the bad decisions you made and the one thing you're ashamed of is having sex with a "not hot" girl?

Alternate Versions

The original episode, shot during the second season, involved a subplot about Dr Hodgins proposing to Angela and being rejected. The episode was delayed one year and aired during the third season, when Angela already accepted Dr Hodgins' proposal, therefore in the version that aired this subplot was replaced with another one about them being caught on security camera while making love in a storage room at the workplace. Both episodes are available on the 3rd season DVD. See more »

Squeeze play

B&B investigate the remains of a star college basketball player found crushed to death under the bleachers in the college gym. But was he dead before or after the bleachers were closed? It gets worse: the player apparently was on steroids. Brennan gets an introduction to the world of jocks and a side of college she certainly never experienced. Not much frivolity here. There's a side angle involving the sexual antics of the students, which eventually leads to the solution. Not one of my favorite episodes. But for those who decide to watch it, remember blue lipstick. And you get to see Brennan showing a maternal side when she finds a nest of baby rats inside the corpse's body.
