This episode was based on the case of William Bradford, a fashion photographer who was arrested in 1984 for the murder of two women out of the hundreds he'd photographed. One of those women he'd photographed was Nikka La Rue
, real-life sister of 'Eva LaRue Callahan'; Nika had been offered the role of Natalia's sister Anya, but turned it down in favor of playing a reporter at the press conference because it would have been "too surreal". See more
