Storyline

Miss Fraser and Mr. Barton hold a barbecue - Mr. Robson and Ray in his wheelchair are the first to arrive. Dai Jones turns up with a ridiculous hat with corks dangling from it. Anika, Calvin, Darren and Spencer head off to see Amy's mother armed with various gifts and intending to make a meal. They are extremely uncomfortable - especially Calvin. Lisa has accompanied Tom to his modelling assignment. At home, Ian tells his father about Mr. Deverill striking him, but his claim is laughed off. Jo, the cancer nurse, gives some reassuring words about Amy's mother last moments - her breathing will get shallower, her hands colder... Spencer cooks the meal, and Darren makes a very weird flavoured ice cream. Afterwards, Amy's mother complements the chef, and Chaz puts some music on - making them think he's going to put on some old fashioned stuff from his era. Then there's a surprise visitor in the form of Miss Carver who brings some aromatherapy oils as a present. Tom's modelling assignment ... Written by Geffers
