Col. Steve Austin: Why don't you go on home to your family, Bob? I can handle things from here on in.
Bob Crandall: [in an immensely pleased and gratefully relieved tone] Well, thanks, Steve! And Merry Christmas!
Col. Steve Austin: [playfully feigning gruffness and clapping Bob companionably on the shoulder] Oh - - bah, humbug!

Scrooge ripoff

Ray Walston plays a scrooge like character while Dick Sargent plays his nephew who is under a lot of pressure from his uncle. Steve Austin helps Dick & his family out during Xmas. The actual plot is quite weak. Adam Rich plays the son (before his Eight is Enough days) & Quinn Cummings (before starring on Family) plays the older sister. The youngest sister doesn't have a cast credit.
