Trivia

The title is a line from the Christmas song "Do You Hear What I Hear?" written by Noel Regney (lyrics) and Gloria Shayne Baker (music) as a plea for peace during the Cuban Missile Crisis (1962). The song was originally recorded by the Harry Simeone Chorale, but it was Bing Crosby's recording (1963) that was the most popular and is still played at Christmas time today (2009). See more »

the one with the flying Cadillac

I've predicted that Miles is going to get on to Sabrina being a witch by locating signs of The Other Realm. In this episode, the little geek boy does his scientific report from his rooftop telescope vantage point and sees Hilda out on her date zooming about in her boyfriend witch's Venus cruiser, which, is, of course, a lame special effect 1950s (or thereabouts) Cadillac. Well, that is as close as Miles gets, for he allows Sabrina to make him second-guess himself, figuring maybe it was a weather balloon after all. Which sets him on the path to rather do as his Dad wants and become an accountant. Up to Sabrina to get him to follow his dream again. Which calls for another rooftop session as Hilda does her fly- by...

All a dorky bunch of nonsense, huh? But it could have been at least a bit of fun. But no. Instead, Melissa Joan Hart and Caroline Rhea both rush through their lines looking like they're late for the bus taking them back home.

And whazzat? Harvey lingering on the perimeter? Don't bring Nate back, no, please!
