Flashback to Oscar and Blanche's wedding
11 November 2017 | by Jimmy_the_Gent4See all my reviews

Felix tells Myrna why Oscar was not in his own wedding picture.

A funny flashback episode that shows Pvt Madison and Lt. Unger in the Army reserves and Oscar is nervous about asking Blanche to marry him. There is a scene where Oscar destroys a public phone at the barracks when he runs out of money trying to propose to Blanche. The wedding scene is funny as Richard Stahl plays a justice of the peace performing the ceremony and a little girl named Crystal with a Mouseketeer cap playing the piano. She keeps making mistakes on Here Comes The Bride and Stahl tells her to start again so she gets it right. He finally tells her to play what she knows best, so Blanche walks down the aisle to piano scales. Oscar is called away to inspection so Felix takes a wedding picture with Blanche.
