The town has an auction
5 May 2018 | by Jimmy_the_Gent4See all my reviews

Dick is asked to come with an idea for a fund raiser for the town library, but they reject his idea in favor of Joanna's for an auction.

A funny episode with Dick being slighted for his idea of Adopt A Book, which plays on his ad men days. The townfolk including Chester, Jim, Officer Shifflet and J.J. all give him a hard time while lavishing praise on Joanna. There is a funny subplot with a guest who claims to be reincarnated. Funniest scene is the auction, which does not turn out the way Joanna thought, with Harley bidding on most of the items, saying he will give 50 cents.
