Quotes

Larry David: [Larry is interviewing for the chef's position, and points to the bald chef's pate approvingly] Yeah. Yeah! Hey, hey, look at you, look at you!
Bald Chef: Yeah, look at you!
Larry David: When did you start losing it?
Bald Chef: Uh, I started losing when I was fifteen.
Larry David: Fifteen, wow, earlier than me, yeah.
Bald Chef: Yeah, a little bit earlier. You know, I actually like it.
Larry David: Ah. Yeah. Me too.
Bald Chef: Just put a little sunscreen on, it's fine.
Larry David: Yeah, a lot of sunscreen, right? Can't go outside without the sunscreen. No convertibles.
Bald Chef: No convertibles!

Another chaotic day in the life of Larry David
21 June 2007 | by DVD_ConnoisseurSee all my reviews

Another highly entertaining slice of Larry David's life, "The Corpse-Sniffing Dog" is a multi-layered, wonderfully scripted comedy.

Jeff's allergy to his German Shepherd is causing him no end of problems so he turns to Larry for advice. Cue chaos in the restaurant as the dog sniffs something under the floor and bedlam in the lives of many characters as events unfold.

On top of this, Larry shows bias towards bald people in his choice for a new chef for his restaurant when he picks Ian Gomez.

Susie Essman is on top form as Jeff's no-nonsense wife, Susie.

8 out of 10.
