One Of The More Goofy Episodes With The Dumbest King In History
10 December 2006 | by ccthemovieman-1See all my reviews

A con man and his floozy blonde wife "Ruby" promise "to make dreams come true." The crook has a small goal: he wants a country. Well, just a small one like "Sartania," which has a king who just happens to be on a six- month tour of the United States and today is visiting Metropolis.

The con man bills himself as "The Dreamer" and he has done his homework on the king and his country. The king is a senile-type guy who governs his country by dreams, so he's very interesting in a fellow dreamer who might be able to interpret his dreams for him and help run his country. All of this nonsense and more is in the first few minutes of this episode.

The con man tries to get the king to kill himself so that he can take over the country. Even in fiction, this has to be the dumbest king in the history of mankind! Even Superman has to shake his head a few times in amazement that this guy could be so stupid.

A very, very silly episode.
