Refreshing follow-up of Akin's "Against the Wall"

Well - if you like those realistic German movies you will enjoy this one, too. Although on a low budget - the quality of actors and the story board and camera somewhat deserved better than just two wins in international competitions. The movie describes the somewhat weird situations which Turkish people have to face when confronted with a western (here: German) society. It pretty good catches the tension between modern and traditional Muslim ideas. The actors seem to match perfect with their roles (especially well played by young Anatolia beauty Dilek Serindag as the sister) and comedian Stefan Jürgens (as a drunk pup owner in Kreuzberg). Looking forward to see this one in television one day...
