Goofs

There is the sound of a helicopter in the beginning, even though the song is based on a movie, "Johnny Got His Gun," which is set during World War I (1914-1918), and the first practical transverse twin-rotor helicopter first flew on June 26, 1936. See more »

Johnny got his gun
4 November 2003 | by danddSee all my reviews

If you like the video check out the source material from Johnny Got His Gun (1971) Directed by Dalton Trumbo from his novel. Bands like Metallica can get a bad rap for the noise they produce. It is a shame more people don't bother to hear the messages that are often behind the wall of sound
