stupid cheesecake video, not an exercise video or a documentary on scream queens
Pretty awful. Three scream queens talk a little bit (a very little bit) about their careers in general (not as scream queens specifically, and no clips are shown), and about how they stay fit. Melissa Moore does (not here) yoga and horseback riding among other things, Jasae does (not here) wrestling and boxing among other things, and Veronica Carothers did (not here) ballet among other things.
The three of them are shown doing some stretches and working with dumbbells. When the first of them starts doing this, it starts off like an exercise video "first we're going to stretch, lift your arm over your head and bend to the side"-kind of thing. However, after that there is no more talking during their exercising. Additionally, the camera stops staying in one place, and starts roving over their bodies, often in close-up, so that one could not possibly follow what they're doing if one wanted to do so. So, this is not really an exercise video at all. As voyeurism during their exercises, it's not particularly good either since the camera-work is so shoddy.
Some of the exercises are also intercut with some behind-the-scenes of the making of this video. We see some of the crew, or see makeup being applied. There are also some cheesecake-type shots, where they are not exercising, but posing in fields or pools.
I haven't seen Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout (1990) (V), but it could only be better.
