Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In one episode which is supposed to be showing the backstory of Courage it appears that Courage's parents are stolen and sent off into space and the dog is seen paralyzed and crying this can be VERY emotional for kids but after there sent off into space Muriel comes and adopts him
  • Eustace is often mutated, injured or dead at the end of an episode. But he always returns intact for the next episode.
  • There are A LOT of scary moments, monsters, ghosts, and zombies etc.
  • The most intense/frightening episodes are : "The Mask", "Perfect", Freaky Fred", "Courage in the Big Stinkin' City", "King Ramses' Curse", "The Windmill Vandals", and "The Great Fusilli".

  • A lot of the times the show may be too intense for kids. This show has some scenes that implies decapitation, and some scary imagery. "The House of Discontent" features a floating black and white realistic head that may frighten children
