Disappointing
11 June 2000 | by darth_sidiousSee all my reviews

I was so excited about this film, but after 2 hours, all that excitement didn't linger to the end because this film is disappointing. It's not terrible and features some superb work but the Jennifer Lopez character wasn't convincing, she's was too beautiful for the part. Clooney was very good in this, he's becoming a very good performer. Ving Rhames deserves to play a real meaty role and this wasn't it, it was still a good performance.

Clooney and Lopez are provide sexual sparks, a plus point.

The screenplay provides some terrific dialogue but didn't feel complete and the direction was a little tedious, I know Steve is a very good director but I was disappointed with this. The photography is PERFECT.

I want to love this film, but the character played by Lopez was a huge disappointment.
