Goofs

At approximately 48:00 a stray toddler dressed in overalls walks unescorted through the scene and past the building doors as Michael Douglas and Geoffrey Deuel walk out to finish the epilogue scene with Karl Malden on the lower sidewalk. Douglas notices the child and looks in his direction as the toddler continues past. Then a secondary camera cuts to a close-up of Malden and then back to the full shot of Douglas, Malden, and Deuel continuing their walk down the sidewalk at which time an extra in a read jacket walks in their direction. She calmly walks past them and up the steps then at 50:03 she suddenly breaks into a full on sprint in the direction the toddler had been heading; this happens all the while the three actors are continuing their closing summations of this "crime". The woman can barely been seen above on the terrace with the toddler in her arms. See more »

Steve Keller's car
19 April 2009 | by dhenkeSee all my reviews

I was excited to see this television movie because, in a sense, I was personally involved in the original series. I provided my own personal Porsche, a 1973 Targa, as Steve Keller's personal car for the last two years of the series. I was totally surprised when they made the TV movie to learn that Steve Keller still drove a 1973 Porsche Targa. Karl Malden even had a line in the movie about it. An aide said that Steve drove a 1973 Porsh, sic, and had the license number. Karl dismissed him with, "I know the car." Later it was fished out of the bay, but I was surprised that the car they pulled out was a silver Targa, not the Agate Brown Metallic one that he drove in the series. They probably couldn't find one in the right color that they could dump in the bay. It was a pleasant surprise that they included it since 17 years had passed since the end of Michael Douglas' appearance in the show.
