“I was doing so well,” Trebek told ABC NewsT.J. And they said, ‘Good, we’re gonna stop chemo, we’ll start you on immunotherapy.’ I lost about 12 pounds in a week. And my numbers went sky high, much higher than they were when I was first diagnosed. Hoda Kotb’s ‘Today’ Return Lifts NBC Morning Show Over ‘Good Morning America’
Hoda Kotb’s return to “Today” boosted the NBC morning show’s ratings above competitor “Good Morning America” last week.

“Today” topped “Gma” both in total viewers and in the key news demographic of adults 25-54 for the week of Sept. 2, according to Nielsen. Overall, Kotb’s first week back from maternity leave pulled in an average of 3.872 million live-plus-same-day viewers compared to “Gma’s” 3.835 million. In the demo, the numbers were 1.202 million to 1.150.

CBS This Morning” finished third with 2.930 million overall and 753,000 in the demo.

Hoda Kotb’s Return Boosts ‘Today’ Over ‘Gma’
TV’s fall season is only just getting into gear, but at least one major network battle is growing louder.

Just days after “Good Morning America” usurped rival “Today’s” position as the dominant morning program among the viewers advertisers care about most, “Today” has, for now, elbowed its ABC counterpart out of the ratings category – overall viewers – that it usually wins.

For the five days ended September 5, “Today” won an average of nearly 3.87 million total viewers, compared with a little more than 3.82 million for competitor “Gma.” In most weeks, the ABC show is watched by more people overall, while the NBC A.M. standby is watched by more people between the ages of 25 to 54 – the demographic most coveted by news advertisers. In recent weeks, however, those dynamics have been upset.

Blame the fluctuations on a host of potential factors. Did the recent resolution of a carriage blackout between Nexstar

Artem Chigvintsev ‘definitely’ won’t watch ‘Dancing with the Stars’ after being unceremoniously dropped
We don’t know what Artem Chigvintsev will be doing Mondays this fall, but he definitely won’t be watching “Dancing with the Stars.” The pro, who was cut from the Season 28 cast along with reigning champ Sharna Burgess, is still too hurt to tune in to the new season.

“I think as far as right now, definitely no,” Chigvintsev told “Entertainment Tonight.” “Not because I’m not supporting the show or all the people who are there, but I think if I were to [watch], all of the feelings of not being there would just flood back. I might watch some clips on YouTube but I don’t think I’ll be tuning into every show, no. It’s just simply, I think it’s going to be a little hard right now. It’d be negative energy and I don’t want to feel that; I’m just trying
