When the Saint got shot on his left arm, he lost full use of it and at his hotel room he needed Inspector Fernack to dress him. But shortly after when he entered Fay's apartment, he regained full use of it to open and lock the door. After shooting Hutch, he once again lost the use of the arm. But the next morning when he awoke to answer the phone he once again had full use of it.

When Hutch was pouring himself a drink at Fay's apartment, the room was brightly lit. But on the following cut when he sat down, the room all of sudden got dark.

Factual errors

Templar speaks the cabby's phone number, then dials it. It's Columbus 5-1098; on a rotary dial phone, 0, 9 and 8 are all full or nearly full turns of the dial, but when he dials it, it's all small turns until the last digit.
