Chuck Palahniuk's Invisible Monsters is Being Adapted as a TV Series

Chuck Palahniuk is best known for his novel Fight Club, but there was another book he wrote in 1999 called Invisible Monsters and that story is now being adapted into a series by Fabrik Entertainment and they’ve hired Legion, Dexter, and Outlander writer Jennifer Yale to write it.

Fabrik Entertainment is the same production company behind Amazon’s incredible cop drama Bosch. This will be the first time one of Palahniuk’s novels will get the TV treatment, and with the team behind the development, it’s sure to turn out great.

Invisible Monsters centers on “a fashion model who has everything: the perfect boyfriend, a thriving career, a loyal best friend — until a freeway accident leaves her disfigured and incapable of speech. She quickly goes from the beautiful center of attention to being perceived as an invisible monster. Enter Brandy Alexander, Queen Supreme, one operation away from becoming a woman.
