Mari's love for entertainment began while growing up dancing at her mom's studio in Japan. After moving to America, her first experience on-set came when she was cast in Warner Brother's Joyful Noise. Witnessing storytelling through filmmaking inspired her to begin acting. Mari went on to earn a degree in Digital Broadcast Journalism & Theatre from the University of Georgia. She is now based in Atlanta and is coached by Barbara Beneville.
