Marvel's "Eternals" - Leaked Set Images

The cast and crew of Marvel Studios' currently shooting "Eternals" feature film, directed by Chloe Zhao, starring Angelina Jolie ("Maleficent: Mistress of Evil") and Kit Harington ("Game of Thrones") were evacuated from the Canary Island set of Fuerteventura, when a potentially lethal explosive device was found near the set:

Bomb disposal experts were called to disarm the device, believed to be a remnant from WWII, when the island was used as a 'Third Reich' base.

"It was obviously terrifying," said a crew member. "The bomb could have been there for decades untouched but who knows what might have happened if it were disturbed. Nobody was taking any chances."

Cast of the new film also includes Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Lia McHugh, Don Lee and Barry Keoghan.

Written and illustrated by "Captain America" co-creator Jack 'King' Kirby in 1976, Marvel Comics' 19-issue "The Eternals" series,

Marvel's Eternals First Look at Angelina Jolie & Cast in Costume

Marvel's Eternals First Look at Angelina Jolie & Cast in Costume
Angelina Jolie has been spotted in full costume on the set of Marvel's Eternals. The movie is currently shooting in the Canary Islands and had a recent bomb scare. A few days ago, the cast and crew were quickly evacuated, but it was not due to a terrorist attack or anything malicious. Instead, it is believed that a crew member uncovered a bomb that had been there since WWII. Apparently the Nazis had a base on the island and the bomb was left over from there. Still, the production was not going to risk anything and had everybody evacuate for safety.

The latest photos from the set feature Angelina Jolie in her superhero costume, presumably snapped after the big Eternals set bomb scare. Jolie is playing Thena in the movie and looks pretty awesome in the grainy pictures. Gemma Chan and Brian Tyree Henry are also spotted in the photos in full costume.

Mark Ruffalo Eyes Hulk Becoming Mentor to New Superheroes in Next McU Phases

Marvel Studios has announced an ambitious plan for its upcoming McU Phase Four that includes both original films and, for the first time, television series. While the handful of Phase Four projects will jumpstart the next McU storyline following “Avengers: Endgame,” they currently have no confirmed plans to star Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner/Hulk. The actor recently told ComicBook.com there is “probably more” Hulk coming in the next McU phase, although the specifics of what that entails are unknown.

When asked where he would like to see Banner/Hulk go next, Ruffalo already had a desired character arc planned. “I’d like to see him hang out with some of the new folks, you know?” he said “Maybe be like a guru to some of the younger ones.” Ruffalo was sitting next to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige at the time, who chimed in, “That’s a good idea.

Marvel's Eternals Set Reportedly Evacuated After Bomb Is Found

  • MovieWeb
The cast and crew of Marvel's Eternals were recently evacuated from set following a bomb scare. Production was underway on the movie on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. Members of the cast such as Angelina Jolie and Richard Madden were then rushed off the set after an unexploded bomb was discovered. Bomb disposal experts were called in to deal with the situation.

According to multiple reports, this isn't suspected to be an act of terrorism or a bomb planted on the set. There is no suspected malicious intent. Instead, it's believed that the explosive dates back to World War II, as the Nazis had a base on the Spanish island. No injuries have been reported and the situation has been dealt with. An anonymous individual who is said to have close knowledge of the situation had this to say about it.

"It was obviously terrifying, the bomb could have

Adam McKay Sets Jeffrey Epstein Limited Series Under First-Look Deal With HBO, Launches New Company
Succession executive producer Adam McKay is expanding his relationship with the network and studio behind the buzzy drama series. The Oscar winner has launched a new company, Hyperobject Industries, which has closed a five-year, first-look television deal with HBO, to develop content for HBO and streaming sibling HBO Max.

Joining McKay as a partner in Hyperobject Industries is his long-time producer Kevin Messick as the company has set up its first project under the new deal — a limited series based on Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown’s upcoming book about Jeffrey Epstein, which will be developed by HBO Films.

This is probably the highest-profile among a number of TV series projects about the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender shopped following his arrest and subsequent death this past summer.

Brown’s reporting has been praised for sparking renewed interest in the Epstein case and was a driving force

Virtual insanity: how Facebook's woes made Silicon Valley unmissable TV

As it returns for the last time, Mike Judge’s tech comedy feels thrillingly urgent, thanks to uncanny parallels with the real world. My God we need it now more than ever

It would be very easy not to be excited about the return of Silicon Valley. It’s been off the air for almost a year and a half, which meant it has faded from the conversation a little in its downtime. Executive producer Alec Berg has shifted focus to the darker and more exciting Barry. The cast has been waylaid, either by Oscar success (Kumail Nanjiani), career-ending allegations (Tj Miller) or unexpected interviews about their open relationship (Thomas Middleditch). Add to that the fact that the plot of Silicon Valley has been stuck in a pattern of thwarted success for what feels like years and, well, expectations aren’t high.

But my god, we need Silicon Valley more than ever right now.

Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren't considered, we invite you to rate all of the sixth season episodes of Silicon Valley here.

‘Stuber’ Deleted Scenes Feature Brutally Honest Audio Commentary

The new Blu-ray of Stuber only has about four deleted scenes and they total only about five minutes, but I wanted to draw attention to them because I appreciate that director Michael Dowse and star Kumail Nanjiani were willing to point out why a scene was left on the cutting room floor. Too often with a deleted scene, the common refrain from the commenter (assuming one is even included) is that all the stuff was great, there was just no time for it. Dowse and Nanjiani are fully willing to admit why certain scenes didn’t work, and I …

Bizarre Dolittle Promo Has Robert Downey Jr. Refereeing NFL Mascots
Robert Downey Jr. isn't wasting any time in promoting his latest movie Dolittle. But instead of doing something a little more traditional, the former Iron Man actor decided to do something both on-brand and quite strange, as he decided to settle a dispute between two NFL mascots, given that his character is known for his ability to talk to animals.

Dolittle: doctor, adventurer, referee? @NFLonFox@RamsNFL@AtlantaFalconsDolittleMovie?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#DolittleMoviepic.twitter.com/fskt4cN69r

— Robert Downey Jr (@RobertDowneyJr) October 20, 2019

The video sees Robert Downey Jr., dressed up like a referee, standing between Rampage, the mascot for the Los Angeles Rams, and Freddie, the mascot for the Atlanta Falcons. The clip was produced to both hype up the game between the two teams, as well as Dolittle. In any event, it's strange. The two mascots are quarreling and Downey steps in to try and settle things down.

Things Get Crazy in the New Trailer for Final Season of HBO's Silicon Valley

HBO has released a new full trailer for the sixth and final season of Silicon Valley, which has been one of the most enjoyable shows for me to watch over the past few years. There are so many things that happen in it that I can relate to as it mirrors a lot of things I’ve gone through in trying to run and grow Geektyrant. Sometimes the drama that unfolds as you run a business ends up being hilarious when you look back at it.

Anyway, I’m sad that Season 6 is going to be the final season of Silicon Valley, but I’m excited to see how it all comes to an end for the Pied Piper team, which consists of Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, and Martin Starr. As you’ll see in the trailer, it looks like things with Pied Piper are going to get crazy and out of hand!

‘Silicon Valley’ Final Season Trailer: Richard Pukes Some More, and Jared’s Got a Gun! (Video)

  • The Wrap
Based on its trailer, the final season of HBO sitcom “Silicon Valley” looks just like the previous five — and that’s a very good thing.

The sneak peek sees Richard Hendricks (Thomas Middleditch) once more going from hero to zero, and this time he actually pukes On the glass walls to his office, instead of merely just behind them for all to see. Plus, the Pied Piper founder again tries to team up with the equally down-and-out Gavin Belson (Matt Ross), but even the Hooli boss is tired of that narrative.

Watch the video above.
