The impression we have with so many movies conveying a subliminal message of fear and prejudice on science & technology makes us believe that the manipulation of public opinion is a way that religious institutions found to stop the scientific breakthrough that makes modern society thrive, tracing our destiny to karmic ignorance and relegating us to servitude of the divine will.
