Another somewhat underrated horror, but it is terrifically horrific. The scenes with poor Stacy trying to hack vines out of herself is quite nauseating, so well portrayed. You really feel so very sorry for these innocent explorers who end up in hell basically.

A family move into a new home in the remote countryside. The home is haunted and has a mysterious history seemingly linked to the family that moves into it. The characters in this movie are great, I didn't want any of them to die! I think the story based in the morgue is a brilliant idea and how they are all locked in. Kane is superb in this movie, a giant killing machine.

Votes: 54,266 | Gross: $49.13M

This movie, to me, felt quite clever. It has many layers and dynamics. It is interesting as well as horrific. As a kid I grew up going to boot sales and it brought home to me how easily we can purchase old items that may have spiritual value that we are not aware of and bring them into our homes.
