Claims she isn't affiliated to either the Reps or the Dems (which automatically makes her a non-liberal), but when one reads between the lines, and hears her views it is more than likely she is more Rep than Dem.

Also an anti-communist, being actively anti-Castro for many years. She's Cuban. The Cuban minority have always been predominantly pro-Republican.

I'm just as surprised as you are, especially when you see a movie like "Spartan". He is a former liberal.
