Cable works very different from broadcast so this list will be just cable. They will be placed from earliest to most recent. I have a 2011-2012 Cancellations list for broadcast shows.

1. Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List (2005–2010)

On 1/6/11, Bravo confirmed that the reality series would not return for a season 7. However, Griffin will continue to do business with the network.
2. Glory Daze (2010–2011)
Centers on a group of friends who are trying to navigate college life in 1980s Wisconsin. From being out on their own for the first time to pledging a fraternity, they discover how challenging the next few years are going to be.
On 2/24/11, TBS “quietly” cancelled its ‘80s college comedy due to poor ratings after just one 10-episode run.
3. Greek (2007–2011)

While everyone knew it was coming, on 2/23/11, ABC Family finally revealed that the series would finally come to a close with just 2 episodes left to air of the fourth season.
4. Skins (2011)

About a group of teenagers in their final years of high school in Baltimore.
On 6/9/11, MTV cancelled the controversial teen drama, leaving many things up in the air.
5. Camelot (2011)
TV-MA | 45 min | Drama, Fantasy, History
When King Uther dies and Britain faces chaos, Merlin presents an unknown named Arthur as the new king by birthright, as the late king's son, against the ambitious desires of his half-sister, Morgan.
On 7/1/11, Starz had to let go of the series after one season due to ratings and “significant production challenges.” Apparently there were some cliffhangers that were not too pleasing.
6. Men of a Certain Age (2009–2011)
60 min | Comedy, Drama
A group of college buddies in the throes of middle age keep their friendship going long after they've graduated.
On 7/15/11, TNT cancelled the acclaimed drama after 2 seasons.
7. Breaking Bad (2008–2013)
TV-MA | 49 min | Crime, Drama, Thriller
A high school chemistry teacher diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer turns to manufacturing and selling methamphetamine in order to secure his family's future.
On 8/4/11, after plenty of negotiating, it was announced that the Emmy-winning drama would end after 16 final episodes, evenly splitting the season into two parts. The first 8 episodes are expected to air in summer 2012, while the last 8 episodes are assumed to be airing sometime in 2013.
UPDATE: The final season will begin Sunday, July 15th, 2012.
8. Eureka (2006–2012)

A U.S. Marshall becomes the sheriff of a remote cozy little Northwestern town of Eureka where the best minds in the US have secretly been tucked away to build futuristic inventions for the government which often go disastrously wrong.
On 8/9/11, Syfy officially announced the series would end after a fifth and very short (6 episodes) sixth season. Later, they announced season 6 was off the table and season 5 would get one additional episode to hopefully wrap up the storylines. The final season is expected to air in 2012.
UPDATE: The final season will begin Monday, April 16th, 2012.
9. Lopez Tonight (2009–2011)

What is this about? No one knows.
On 8/10/11, TBS cancelled the late-night show after 2 seasons.
10. The Hard Times of RJ Berger (2010– )

The daily life of an unpopular high school student.
On 8/12/11, MTV cancelled the goofy comedy after 2 seasons. The unofficial ending was a cliffhanger and will never be resolved.
11. In Plain Sight (2008–2012)
TV-14 | 60 min | Crime, Drama, Mystery
U.S. Marshal Mary Shannon must hunt down witnesses for federal cases in the witness protection program while also managing a rather dysfunctional family and her own personal life.
On 8/14/11, USA announced the series would return in summer 2012 for a fifth and final season of just 8 episodes.
12. Hawthorne (2009–2011)
43 min | Drama
As a single mother and the Chief Nursing Officer at Richmond Trinity Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, Christina Hawthorne makes care-taking her life's work.
On 9/3/11, TNT decided not to order another season of the medical drama, leaving some big unresolved cliff-hangers.
13. The Protector (2011)

Single mother Gloria Sheppard juggles her demanding personal and professional lives: raising two children while working as an LAPD homicide detective.
On 9/9/11, Lifetime cancelled its single mom detective series after 11 episodes, with 2 left to air.
14. The Nine Lives of Chloe King (2011)
60 min | Action, Adventure, Crime
A girl with special cat-like powers is being hunted by an assassin.
On 9/16/11, ABC Family cancelled the freshman series after 10 episodes.
Update: On 1/19/12, the current president of ABCF indicated a TV-movie may be in the works to continue where the series left off.

On 10/10/11, Lifetime decided not to order a second season of the woman cop drama.
17. Memphis Beat (2010– )
43 min | Comedy, Crime, Drama
Memphis Beat centers on Dwight Hendricks, a quirky Memphis police detective with an intimate connection to the city, a passion for blues music and a close relationship with his mother.
On 10/14/11, TNT officially cancelled the struggling cop drama months after its season 2 finale.
18. The Joy Behar Show (2009– )
On 11/16/11, it was announced that the primetime talk show would end at the close of 2011, after 3 years.
19. The Nate Berkus Show (2010– )
60 min | Talk-Show
Daily talk show centered on entertainment and lifestyle stories.
On 12/9/11. After just one and a half seasons, Sony Pictures and Harpo Studios called it quits for the syndicated daytime show. The show will continue with new episodes through the end of the season in spring 2012, but will not return in the fall with a third.
20. Bored to Death (2009–2011)
