House returns to Princeton, quits his job and takes up cooking. Foreman takes over the department. A know-it-all patient with tingly hands and cardiac issues keeps Foreman, 13 and Taub hopping. Foreman and 13 clash, as 13 has a hard time accepting Foreman as her new boss. House meanwhile cooks up a storm, impressing Wilson, no mean cook himself. The episode is focused on Foreman rather than House, so Foreman haters, beware. While the show turned into a soap opera some time back, at least the patient this time around is interesting enough to distract from the soap opera trappings. He is a video game developer who reads way too many medical web sites and thinks he knows what treatments he should or should not undergo. And he sounds eerily like Jeremy Sisto of LAW AND ORDER.
