Depics the story of a young architect student in todays Belgrade, who is driven by a gang of small crooks, to the extremes. The main character seems like a lab rat in a unrealistic movie experiment. This black and white film with occasional brushes of color, the blood being red, reminds me by its shooting style of Sin City, this gives it a little lift up. But thats it. The English title is: ˝Who the f... is Milos Brankovic˝ , this actually tells a lot about how the creators of this movie tried to make this a spectacular film noir, but just barely achieved mediocrity. Sadly this tendency is repeated throughout the movie, for example with its various sex scenes, which purpose seems to be only to shock or stun. This is a huge problem because the story is rather superficial. There are also elements of the story which are very similar to Hostel 2, like the rich peoples hunting game of the poor and helpless. This ˝borrowing˝ of story elements, leaves me with the impression that that the originality is neglected. The motto of the movie, which is written on a billboard is one of the few intelligent and original elements: ˝Those who believe are raving˝. Meaning there is no God and there is no better tomorrow, everything and everybody is and still are corrupt. The music is probably the best thing in this movie.
