• Boom mic visible: A shadow of a boom mike is seen rising in the background of the prison tooth fairy scene.
  
  
• Continuity: The handwriting, when the dog adds Tony Lewis' name to the work detail, changes between shots.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Tony is locked into the Queen's cell in the Snow White Memorial Prison, the solid, firmly closed door, moves when he kicks it.
  
  

• Anachronisms: When the Huntsman finds Wolf's "How to Marry the Girl of Your Dreams" self-help book and picks it up, modern electric power lines can be seen to the left as he walks off.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During Antony's escape from the prison, one of the tunnel walls visibly indents when his shoulder brushes up against it.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the Evil Queen and the Dog Prince are in the ruined castle, she tells him to stand up like a human. When he leaves to get dressed, he puts his hand against the column they are standing next to and it visibly rocks back and forth.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Wolf and Virginia are posing for a portrait, a car can be seen in the background.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Tony comes out of the pub drunk in Little Lamb village, and says to Prince, "Wanna go for walkies?" a car headlight moving across a distant road can be seen in the background.
  
  
• Continuity: When Virginia is singing her shepherdess song, she is swaying her arms. She sways them to the right, but in the next shot (a back view) her arms are swayed the opposite way.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: The second time Virginia gets to the bottom of the slide in the Dragon's cave it is obviously a stunt double
  
  
• Continuity: Tony asks Wolf to bring the dog and he and Virginia go after towards the farming town (Peeps), Wolf is then summoned by the evil queen in the water/pond and he is holding the dog, they cut to him running away from the pond towards Virginia and Tony and he no longer as the dog, Tony is pulling it.
  
  
• Continuity: When Wolf is in the boat with shaving cream still on his face and is talking to the Evil Queen in some shots the shaving cream doesn't really cover his beard, but in one shot it does and has a lot more shaving cream.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): At the end before Virginia heads back through the mirror, she calls her dad "Daddy" and he says, "...you haven't called me that since you were a little girl." Virginia called him "Daddy" at the beginning of the movie before she left for work.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: When Tony is breaking the glass to get at the magic goldfish on the boat, you can see Virginia's shadow against the wall behind him as she waits for her entrance.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: The yodeling milk maids (from the bar in the little lamb village) aren't really singing.
  
  
• Continuity: In the beginning of the film, after Prince Wendell is turned in to a dog, a gold chain collar is clearly visible around the dog's neck. In subsequent scenes with Virginia, such as in Central Park and the restaurant, the collar is no longer there.
  
  
• Continuity: When the Queen walks into the mirror to travel to the tomb of the wicked stepmother she is wearing gloves, but walking out of the mirror in the swamp she is gloveless.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Acorn at the beginning of the movie has his scar on the left side of his face when you are looking at him, but then at the end of the movie, he has it on the right side.
  
  
• Continuity: When Tony brings Prince back to life from the Magic Wishing Well, Prince has no collar. Then, when Prince bites Tony's leg a few moments later, the collar is there.
  
  
• Continuity: In the Little Lamb Village Shepherdess competition, during the sheep dog contest, Prince has a collar on, and in the previous scenes and subsequent scenes does not.
  
  
• Continuity: When the messenger is killed on the way back from Prince Wendell's hunting cottage, the Huntsman's arrow originally enters his back. When the Huntsman reclaims his arrow, it has entered from the front.
  
  
• Continuity: When Virginia wakes up in Snow White's Cottage her hair covers the whole bottom floor and is growing up the stairs. However in the following scenes the hair seems a lot shorter and then shorter again when the Huntsman drags her into his tree house.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Virginia has very long hair, you can see her real hair is lying on top of the wig (the actress's hair doesn't continue straight into the hair extensions, the extensions are just underneath her real hair).
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Virginia turns around in the park to get her wallet, you can clearly see a line in the back of her neck that shows she is wearing a wig or something alike. Perhaps this scene was shot after her hair had been cut short later on in the film.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: In the scene where the Huntsman enters to the Evil Queen staring at Virginia, he announces, "My lady, we have a problem in the kitchens." His mouth clearly does not move at near the same time as the words.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: SPOILER: When Virginia is talking to the queen's corpse in the coffin you can see that the queen is breathing.
  
  
• Continuity: SPOILER: When Wolf is tied up and about to be burned in the Little Lamb Village for suspected murder, his pants are undone when he is first shown. His pants are fixed in later shots.
